I can’t imagine what life has been like for you guys. I know that I haven’t met ya’ll in person, but Donna is amazing at letting people see her through her words. Your daughter has a gift with words too. Plus, we grew up in Bako. and visit there about once a month. We also know the Grovers and the Bahers. So it is a small world getting smaller in that strangers can pray for one another because we are part of the Body.

I truly THANK GOD that all my treatments go through CBCC - yes, we’ll be in debt for life - but hopefully they’ll let us keep paying $30 a month! Here’s to hoping!!!

sometimes it feels like the fire is only on you and its intensity keeps getting hotter. its not fun getting roasted but the end result is less dross and more pure material. if only we could get stronger without the trials. however, that’s as likely as losing weight while eatting icecream and reading runner’s world magazine.

Hi, my name is Tasha. I’m a friend of Kari’s. She sent out an email suggesting that I check out your wife and daughter’s blogs. While looking around I found yours.
I know what you mean about not wanting to be a good example through rough times. I’m a teacher and had several friends, I call all of my students friends, this year that made life a bit difficult near the end of the school year. I felt myself begging God for an easy day. I got a nice perspective check despite my unwillingness to have one.
